Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"A lot of locals greet, meet and eat here, so that is the first clue that this place is above average. The staff are quick to serve, friendly and are happy to wrap up whatever you want for your train journey elsewhere. The prices are very reasonable too. It is one of two excellent refreshment stops on your walk to town. The other? Nope, no second spoiler from me."
"Nice place but no English splaying people around so had a bit of fun exploring myself. Food is good (great for the price) and overall good if you have time to wait for everything a bit"
"Amazing food and service. Close to the station and surprisingly good."
"Fair inexpensive local eatery. Nothing fancy, just good food. We had for lunch (3pm) fried calamari, boquerones, pork steaks and fries. All delicious. Family happy. Place was packed with large local families until about 4pm. Then they all went home as if nothing happened. Reminded me of the iftar experience."
"1st place in Spain where they consider tourists as equals to locals, with good food, normal and decent prices, and very kind service. I'll have to come back !"
"So much better compared to the city center! Enjoyed half an hour here while waiting for my train"
"Got a good bocadillo (sandwich) to-go with a generous amount of a good jamón, maybe serrano.. and cheese for 4.8€ A bit expensive maybe, but worth it"
"Nice food, not a bad price. (22€ for breakfast for 5 people) Server guy was little annoyed we didn't speak much Spanish, but after I told him "Muy delicioso, gracias", he smiled at me. Some water was dripping from the ceiling on us, bring an umbrella."
